Crown Crafts Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend

Crown Crafts, Inc. (NASDAQ-CM: CRWS) announced today that its Board
of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend on its Series A
common stock of $0.08 per share to be paid on July 5, 2019 to
stockholders of record at the close of business on June 14,
2019.

positive cash generation have enabled us to return $3.2 million
