Item 8.01 Other Events

On October 31, 2018, the Company, through its subsidiary entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Xinjiang Hefeng Zhitong Biotechnology Co. Ltd. (“Hefeng”). The Company and Hefeng expected to have a definitive agreement completed by the first quarter of 2019. The Company and Hefeng have mutually extended the date for the completion of the definitive agreement until August 31, 2019.
