Inc. Completes Reverse Merger
Transaction

-- July 19, 2018 -- DarkPulse, Inc. ("DPT" or the
"Company") has completed its reverse
merger transaction with Klever Marketing Inc. ("KLMK").
The combined
company will be called DarkPulse, Inc. will trade on the
OTC
Markets under the symbol KLMK. The Company
intends to
submit
an application to
change its trading symbol.
As part of the
transaction, all of the officers and directors of
Klever
Marketing have resigned and are
no longer
affiliated with the Company. Dennis O'Leary will remain
Chairman and Co-CEO of DPT (the surviving
corporation), and Thomas A. Cellucci will
remain Co-CEO and Board Member.
