Credicorp Ltd. : Credicorp continues reorganizing its subsidiaries in Peru

Today, Credicorp Ltd. has transferred over the Bolsa de Valores de
Lima to its subsidiary, Grupo Credito S.A. (GC) 220,113,636 shares
of Banco de Credito del Peru (BCP) owned by Credicorp Ltd., which
represent 2.77% of BCP's share capital. The amount paid per
share was S/ 6.61.
This transfer has been conducted
within the framework of a reorganization process within Credicorp,
without causing any change in control of BCP because Credicorp,
through its subsidiary GC, will continue to own 97.69% of the
shares of BCP.
