dynaCERT Inc. (TSX VENTURE:DYA) (OTCQB:DYFSF) (DAX:DMJ)
("dynaCERT" or the "Company") is pleased to announce, as a member
of the Ontario Trucking Association, the official launch of
our HydraGEN™ Technology at the TRUCKWORLD 2018 trade show in
Toronto on April 19-21, 2018 (“TruckWorld”) where we will be
showcasing our innovative HG-1 25 and 45 series units for long haul
transport and HG-2 15 and 25 series units for reefer trailers along
with our rugged-cased units for heavy equipment.
“This is really a historic move for the dynaCERT
organization” says Mike Christodoulou, former Cummins Eastern
Canada Distributor Principal and President as well as a member of
dynaCERT’s Advisory Board. “After testing at the highly
acclaimed PIT Group in November 2017, it seems very clear to me
that this technology is a great fit for the trucking
industry”. Those results indicated a 5.9% improvement in fuel
economy and between 46.1% to 50% reduction in carbon monoxide,
total hydrocarbons and NOx. “These results simply cannot be
ignored by such a major industry as Canadian trucking.” adds
Christodoulou. “TruckWorld is the largest truck show in
Canada. I have been attending for decades. All the
truck and trailer OEM’s, engine and transmission manufacturers and
hundreds of suppliers to the industry will be there. Also, most of
the major truck fleets in Canada will be in attendance along with a
very large number of owner operators. I am very pleased to
say the dynaCERT has chosen TruckWorld as the venue for the
official launch of it’s product line and has committed to continue
doing so going forward.”
Product Line and their Addressable
MarketsThe Company produces two HG1 HydraGEN™ series
models for medium and large diesel engines. The HG1-25 for
normally-aspirated engines sized 2 to 5 Liter displacement and the
HG1-45 for turbo-charged engines up to 15 Liter displacement.
Larger engines can also be accommodated by installing multiple HG1
units which operate in parallel. The HG1 series are also
available in a ruggedized case for applications that require a
heavier environmental protection system.
Our technology is scalable allowing use with
Class 6-8 on-road vehicles and transition to applications with
rail, marine, off-road and power generation. Our
patent-pending electrolysis system and Smart ECU provides a
reliable and adjustable delivery of H2 & O2 concentrations. Not
all engines are the same and having the optimal ratios and
percentages provides increased benefits.
In addition, the Company is finalizing
performance testing on the HG2 HydraGEN™ series and has developed
two models for commercial release in Q2-2018. The HG2 series
are smaller in size and are targeted for the refrigerated trailer
market with engines up to 2.5 Litre displacement. The HG2
units are also applicable to mobile construction equipment, class 2
– 5 delivery trucks and smaller stationary generators. This
market size represents approximately 20 million applications in
North America and similar sized market opportunities in each of the
European and Asian markets.
Production and Growing
CapacityProduction of the different HG1 series models is
underway with the current capacity to build HG1 units at 6,000
units per month. Production of the HG2 series models is soon
to be operational and dynaCERT is expecting to receive the
specialized robotic laser-welding equipment that is being
manufactured in Germany to facilitate production. Future
capacity to produce HG2 units is planned to reach 10,000 units per
month.
