As used in this Current Report on Form 8-K, and unless otherwise indicated, the terms “ the Company ,” “ SanSal ,” “ we ,” “ us ” and “ our ” refer to SanSal Wellness Holdings, Inc. and its subsidiary, 271 Lake Davis Holdings, LLC d/b/a/ SanSal, a Delaware limited liability company.

Item 8.01 Other Events.

On November 16, 2017 the Company issued a press release announcing that it provided shareholders and the investment community with an update highlighting its current operations, business strategy and growth opportunities in the rapidly expanding market for industrial hemp and whole-plant hemp oil extracts in the USA and internationally.
