Inc. (NYSE: VOYA), announced that its Retirement business has been
retained as the recordkeeping service provider for the Metro
Government of Nashville and
Davidson County 457(b) Deferred
Compensation Plan.
Voya's relationship with the Metro Government of Nashville and Davidson County began more than 15 years ago
and was extended pursuant to a five-year agreement, effective
November, 2017. The savings program is available to all employees
(including officers) and elected or appointed officials who are
eligible to participate in the Metropolitan Employee Benefit System
or any former plan administered by the Metropolitan Employee
Benefit Board. As of Sept. 30, 2017,
the plan represented approximately $306
million in assets and more than 7,150 participants.
In making its decision, the plan committee noted Voya's deep
experience in administering 457(b) plans, exceptional relationship
management and service model team, comprehensive reporting and
state-of-the-art online tools, and a dedicated group of
communications consultants and field service representatives.
