Clear your browser cacheWhat is a "browser cache" ?
When the browser loads up a web page it stores images and the layout of the page on your machine's hard drive. It does this to improve the speed of loading graphics heavy sites.
The problem is that is also stores the java application that does our streaming in your cache too. If, for some reason the java applet fails to load, then the failed applet is stored forever in your cache. The best way of making sure that you are downloading the applet from us, and not an old, corrupted version on your computer's hard drive is to clear your cache (also known as "temporary internet files".
You're asking me to delete all my files! Will I lose anything?!
The only files that will be deleted in this operation are your temporary internet files, and won't affect any other documents or applications.
