Harris Williams & Co. Advises Diamond Wireless in its Sale to GLENTEL Inc.

Harris Williams & Co. announces that Diamond Wireless (Diamond), a portfolio company of Unique Investment Corporation (Unique), has been acquired by GLENTEL Inc. (GLN.TO). The transaction closed on October 1, 2010. Harris Williams & Co. acted as the exclusive advisor to Diamond. The transaction was led out of the firm’s San Francisco office.

Headquartered in Salt Lake City, UT, Diamond is a leading Verizon Wireless “Premium Retailer” in the Western and Southern U.S. Diamond operates 132 stores in 11 Western and Southern states. Diamond sells a broad array of wireless products and Verizon’s full suite of voice and data plans.
