I'm sure there is a paying audience for amateur boxing. The problem is that the boxing promoters could show the fights on different platforms that already have a bigger user base, like YouTube, Amazon, Facebook, Twitter, Onlyfans, etc.

I wanted to congratulate TPT Global Tech for finally releasing the "superapp."

People still believe that financing is in the works? LOL. Nope. Any money is going to pay for the American Tower lawsuit.

Face the facts everyone. This one is dead in the water.

I doubt more PRs full of more empty promises will do anything for the share price. Most shareholders are very aware of ST3’s performance the last few years. We’ve seen a boat load of PR's over time, but he has been unable to hit a deadline or close a deal that brings in substantial revenue. He has absolutely no business talking about uplist when he cant even keep the stock off the Expert market, or get it out of trips. People see this. And regardless of how much others speculate and continue to try connect dots between people and different companies to keep everyone interested, nothing good will happen until ST3 actually makes good on one of his business deals. Will that day come? Hope so, but he sure needs to generate some steadfast action instead of more cotton candy. JMHO

Regarding to mighty … we should have uplisted twice … 2022 and 23 ! Oh yeah … beginning 24 as I remember !! The VuMe ? He was all over the place with that countdown ! Oh yeah … it was just a beta !

I for one don’t care for Nasdaq right now. I’d just like to see them execute. The possibilities of those connections with Urban Icon Intl is def a big deal. They have work to do and we only have an initial intent letter. I am hoping the equity financing is for geokall and an initial push for Vume live.

As the PR stated in April … ‘late summer’. So we have a month left. Sparklers fireworks snaps. I don’t care. I’d just like to see anything actually completed and pushed through with these guys. I too also think the EM is intentionally. It bus them time. Once they do have something ready to go… get current… throw out some PRs, drop some equity shares and let’s go already.

December will be a doozy if they don’t get something done in the next few months. Imo

I think I know why we can't find anything else on UI International (Charles Smiths's Company) It shows based out of Africa... Maybe it was cleaner to have Tyrone's name off this and let Charles run with it.

Now that company is working with Smith Choates Holding to get the projects done.

Are you saying TPT acquired tekmovil ? What about geokall ? How about BII ? Are you saying they happened. ? Oh that right. You did on so many occasions. And you were wrong on so many occasions.

Investors ‘invest’ by reading filings, listening to the CEOs statements etc. this ceo has stated on many occasions so many things that did not come to fruition. You see. It’s not about me (which you’re trying to somehow divert the conversation to.). It’s not about you who seems to alway make up your own truth and narrative. It’s about the company and its ability to execute and execute on its public statements. Performance is measured by that. Performance is measured by execution of said plans. Performance I measured by share price and market capitalization and whole slew of other things. People invest in this initial efforts and statements made publicly by a ceo. But he has not executed or performed to almost any of his publicly stated plans.

You yourself have been claiming Nasdaq for three years. (As did st3). All this comes down to yes. I am an investor. And I invested in someone who apparently can’t close any deals (or hasn’t yet) and it shows.

You just give away your loss shares… claim a tax write off and then lazily not invest in the company you vehemently defend over and over without liking or acknowledging truth. Not just by what is said here but also by whya is said in company filings well after they kiss their dates.

Plain and simple. Keep trying to deflect. I am an investor. And I hope this goes places. But I have told the truth over and over. And you seem to want to know Mar that…. Get over it Mx. you have been pitted over and over.

I hope it goes Nasdaq. If it does it absolutely doesn’t mean you’re right. You’ve been wrong the whole time. Sorry. Not sorry.

I am an investor who has been here for along time. Just because you don’t agree with me and make stuff up to make yourself happy… doesn’t give you the validity you claim. As an investor (and you’ve proven you don’t understand this) I expect the ceo to follow through on some of his forward looking statements.

But like I said … you don’t read cause if you did you’d see even the company admits and states it has not followed through on their PRs in the past.
