Huge news on IFUS:

Marc Walther, CEO met with scientists from SURAEC University
LETTER TO THE SHAREHOLDERS
SURAEC UNIVERSITY
April 22, 2024
Napoleonville, LA OTC:IFUS PK
The Company is pleased to report that Marc Walther, CEO met with scientists from SURAEC to discuss the progress on the scientific tests being conducted on Impact Fusion’s Supreme AG™ mulch/fertilizer.
Scientists from SURAEC visited the plant to discuss their progress in another experimental design and to pick up more Supreme AG™ for their tests.
In addition, Dr. Mallory Tate has requested information about feeding chickens, the SGP+™.
The IFUS Scientific Team has uncovered that HS (Humic Substances to include Humic and Fulvic Acids) are incredibly beneficial to poultry. Sugarcane Bagasse is considered to be an exceptional source of HS, especially as lignin degrades and depolymerizes.
Hence, IFUS will modify its formulation to exclude carob for the poultry trials.
Recently, visitors who are originally from Zimbabwe flew to Texas to visit the Deer Run Ranch to witness for themselves the cattle being raised on SGP+™ and expressed an interest in chickens that feed on the product as well. “Zimbabwe is reported to have 5.4 million beef cattle herd, 53,250 dairy animals, and over 4.8 million goats among other livestock species. Additionally, Zimbabwe’s sugar cane production will increase by 1 percent to 3.5 million metric tons (MT) in marketing year (MY) 2023/24 based on a return to normal weather conditions, the availability of sufficient irrigation water, and an increase in planted area.”
Zimbabwe is located just north of South Africa. Furthermore, The Western Cape of South Africa now has “commercial Carob production”. Plus, “Sugarcane is grown in 14 cane-producing areas in South Africa extending from Northern Pondoland in the Eastern Cape Province through the coastal belt and Kwa- ZuluNatal midlands to the Mpumalanga Lowveld.” “The South African cattle industry is extremely dualistic, characterized by a highly developed formalized sector on the one end and an emerging to subsistence sector on the other end. Commercial farmers might have beef cattle as their only stream of income, but in most cases cattle production is seen as a way of diversifying production and market risks and adding value to production.”
Carob is now recommended as a feed to livestock in both Zimbabwe and South Africa. Carob is one of the ingredients in SGP+™.
In a follow up call to a new customer (who operates a large flower farm in the State of Ohio), took delivery of 3 bales of Supreme AG™. The immediate response was “We just love this product. We are using it everywhere on the farm. The results are amazing.” The owners of the farm took delivery of the Supreme AG™ in late February and saw immediate results. They further reported that they use less water in their hothouses. They have been experimenting with mixing the Supreme AG™ right into the soil as well as spreading it around the base of the plant on top of the soil with excellent results.
In another experiment conducted on house plants, once again the results have been impressive. Four Bonsai plants that had been neglected and on the brink of dying, have been turned around and are now producing new leaves and are far more robust. A hibiscus plant has now bloomed twice since the application of the Supreme AG™ and the plant has produced an additional 5 blooms.
On our test farm in Louisiana, peach trees are producing large plump peaches in spite of another major hurricane, both drought and torrential downpours, and the first-ever declared blizzard with 18” of accumulated snow and hours of temperature below freezing and as low as 11 degrees F. The overall recovery has been most promising considering these harsh weather swings and conditions. The Company has arranged appointments with three (3) prominent nurseries in the Napoleonville area to deliver SuperSax™ of Supreme AG.™
Also, analysis performed on manure from Deer Run ranch has resulted in an overall positive review of SGP+™. Additionally, many questions have been proposed as to why SGP+™ has proven successful resulting in further interest and study at Texas A&M. Of great importance is a referral to a U.S.D.A. effort at Texas A&M to address the looming Screw Worm fly infestation expected to impact the U.S. this Spring and Summer. The IFUS Scientific Team has been working around the clock in support of these studies.
IFUS remains grateful for your investment and trust in our Company. Our team is back to work to make your company financially profitable.

IMO, no other stocks will outperform IFUS over the next 3 years. When a new company technology changes everything, and has an 85% gross profit margin, and saves customers up to 85% on the their current costs, while making the customers, people, cattle, chickens, pets, etc, super healthy, like IFUS products have been proven to do, the writing is on the wall.
There is little time left to accumulate $IFUS shares in quantity and do your DD on IFUS IMO.

Scammers hook up with scammers... looks like a disagreement between scammers and they were trying to cut Marc out. Marc Walther sure tried hard to get back into the scam.

For sure Peach,
Updated IFUS DD ✅ >>, Marc Walther was found liable in a securities fraud lawsuit...
Complaint:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Wpk0lRCJaTOI3dmR_BeSNw6eWtnTt71s/view
Judgement: $397,744.50

And Marc Wallther has been the sole person putting together the disclosure statements. No accountant, no auditor.
Worthless...
That lawsuit was also never publicly disclosed. There is a HUGE gap in the disclosure statements between 2011 and 2018. With statements between 2019 and 2021 extremely lacking.
Marc Walther doesn't pay his bills or judgments either.

Another one for fraud... Vito V. Florio vs Marc Walther. This one quite detailed and a doozie...

The Company is still pursuing damages in Miami-Dade County Florida Circuit Court Against fired CEO Walther for Breach of Fiduciary Duty and intends to seek damages and other relief based on the claim that he fraudulently and improperly issued a massive number of Preferred Shares to himself and a personal friend, Rhonda Windsor, after he was terminated by a majority of the shareholders for cause. The Company deems the preferred shares that were issued by Walther in an attempt to gain control of the Company to be void for the failure of Walter to comply with applicable law. The Company is exploring additional claims related to his acting wrongfully as CEO after being fired.
