CONMED Corporation (NYSE: CNMD) today announced that its
2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, scheduled for May 21, 2020, at
1:30 p.m. ET, will be hosted as a virtual-only meeting due to
public health concerns and social-distancing restrictions imposed
by governmental authorities with respect to non-essential
gatherings arising from the COVID-19 pandemic.
Information about the virtual meeting webcast and instructions
for how shareholders can participate in the Annual Meeting will be
included in a proxy supplement for the Annual Meeting to be filed
with the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 11, 2020 and
