Susan M. Cheng hails from
Santa Barbara, California, and now
calls Washington, D.C., home,
where she resides with her husband, three children, and beloved

community, she currently serves as the senior Associate Dean for
Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging at Georgetown University School of Medicine. Known for
