Saviynt, a leading provider of cloud-native identity and governance platform solutions, today announced its customers Narayana Health and the University of Melbourne received Identity Management Day Awards from the Identity Defined Security Alliance (IDSA) and National Cybersecurity Alliance (NCA).

“It’s an honor to see our customers recognized by IDSA and NCA with awards for their excellence in identity management practices,” said Ravi Erukulla, VP, Analyst Relations and Customer Advocacy at Saviynt and Identity Management Day co-chair. “With so many of the world’s largest organizations turning to our Identity Cloud to enhance their identity security, we take great pride in seeing our customers acknowledged as leaders and organizations who not only embody the importance of identity management and security, but also evangelize it as a priority and share best practices.”

IDSA and NCA recognized the following Saviynt customers as award winners:

Narayana Health - Identity Management Project of the Year - SMB

This award went to an end-user organization with less than 1,000 employees or less than $1 billion in annual revenue, that has implemented an identity management and security project that exemplifies the use of identity management best practices while providing overall value to the business.

University of Melbourne - The Best Innovative Use of New Technologies of the Year

This award went to an end-user organization that has implemented a novel use of one or more new technologies for identity management. These technologies may include Zero Trust, Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Blockchain, or any other new technology.

“These winners were against some tough competition but they came out on top,” said Jeff Reich, Executive Director at IDSA. “The winners were chosen for making identity management and security an enabler to business operations while reducing risk.”

The awards were presented during the Identity Management Day 2024 virtual conference which took place on April 9, 2024. It was a day of awareness to educate business leaders, IT decision makers and the general public about the dangers of casually or improperly managing and securing digital identities by raising awareness, sharing best practices, and inspiring individuals and organizations to act. This was also Saviynt’s third consecutive year as co-chair of the conference which further validates its commitment to power and protect the world at work.
