officially announced its expanded executive leadership team. The
company has appointed Jim McGibbon
(CFO), Eric Sigler (SVP, Strategy
and Business Development), Hamid
Mohammadi (VP, Sales), Stephen
Bohn (VP, Marketing), and Dylan
Kelly (GM, MEMS Relays and RF). These appointments provide
the added experience and execution bandwidth to support customers
through IMT's next phase of growth catalyzed by the round of
investment in the company last fall.
The new members of the IMT leadership team are:
Jim McGibbon, Chief Financial
Officer
Jim is a 20+ year finance veteran with a background that spans
accounting, investment banking, private equity and corporate
strategy. He previously helped lead strategy and M&A for The
Home Depot and managed two tech-focused private equity funds. He
was also an investment banker at Credit Suisse First Boston and a
CPA with Arthur Andersen. Jim graduated from the Haas School of
Business at UC Berkeley.
Eric Sigler, Senior Vice
President, Strategy and Business Development
Eric brings 20+ years of strategy, M&A, product management, and
venture capital experience. His most recent work includes
originating acquisitions for a $B+ family office. Eric previously
spent 7 years at Tessera Technologies in various executive roles
including corporate development, product marketing, and business
development. He spent 7 years at Scale Venture Partners, where he
was a partner leading semiconductor investments. He holds a BBA
from the University of Massachusetts,
Amherst and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC
Berkeley. Eric also serves on IMT's board.
Hamid Mohammadi, Vice President,
Sales.
Hamid is a 20 year semiconductor industry sales executive. At ST
Micro, he led sales for one of the MEMS industry's first high
volume products, growing their MEMS business to more than
$400M per year. Subsequently, as VP
of Sales at Invensense, he helped scale their MEMS business in
North America and Europe to more than $200M per year. He most recently served as VP,
Sales and Applications for Megachips Technology America. He started
his sales career as an account manager for Phillips Semiconductor.
Hamid holds a BSEE and MSEE from San Jose
State University.
Stephen Bohn, Vice President,
Marketing
Steve brings over 20 years of global experience in digital
marketing and communications in diverse industries such as
automotive, medical device, pharma, electronics and aerospace in
the U.S., Japan, and Europe. Before joining IMT, he led marketing
for NuSil Technology, the global leader in medical and space-grade
silicone materials and Trelyst, a drug delivery subsidiary of
NuSil. Prior to that, he worked on the agency side, creating
digital solutions for notable brands such as Audi, Maserati,
Ducati, and Pirelli. He has a BA in Economics and Psychology from
the University of Michigan.
Dylan Kelly, General Manager,
MEMS Relays and RF
Dylan is a veteran of the RF semiconductor business, having led the
development and introduction of over 200 RFIC designs and shipping
over 4 billion devices. He started his career as an IC designer at
Motorola, followed by nearly 20 years of progressive leadership
roles at Peregrine Semiconductor and pSemi (now part of Murata),
where he most recently served as President and COO. Dylan holds a
BSEE from the University of Texas,
Austin and an MSEE from the University
of California, San Diego.
