companies that have signed letters of intent for its newly
established SEDNA development program. According to ComCam's CEO,
Don Gilbreath, "As a Business Development Company (BDC), we are in

five ventures is drawn from telemedicine, environmental energy and
information technology." These ventures will be incubated under the
