Watchstone (AIM:WTG.L) announces that it has published its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2018 on the Group's website at www.watchstonegroup.com/investors.

The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2018 has been posted to registered shareholders who have so elected.

The 2019 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 1.30pm on 26 June 2019 in Room LGA, WeWork, Aviation House, 125 Kingsway, Holborn, London WC2B 6NH.

Shareholders will not receive a form of proxy for the AGM in the post. Instead, they have received instructions to enable them to vote electronically and how to register to do so.
