Delisting of Wellstream Shares
Further to the announcement by General Electric Austria GmbH on
7 February 2011, following an application by Wellstream to the UK
Listing Authority, the listing of Wellstream's ordinary shares
("Wellstream Shares") on the Official List was cancelled with
effect from 8.00 a.m. (London time) this morning. Wellstream Shares
ceased to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange with
effect from the same time.
