Wellstream Holdings PLC ("Wellstream", or the Company") - Block Listing

Amended notification: this replaces the notification of 24 February 2011 and identifies the employee shares schemes by name (RNS 8357B).

Wellstream has made an application for the Block Listing of 1,055,956 ordinary shares of GBP0.01 each in the capital of the Company to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. The shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in the Company and are allotted to employees and former employees upon exercise of rights under the Company's employee share plans being the Save as You Earn Share Option Scheme and the Performance Share Plan.
