                               Directors Dealing

The Board of UTV announces that on 10 October 2014 it received formal
notification from Scott Taunton, an Executive Director of UTV, that an
additional 86,728 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in UTV held by him have been
pledged to a Bank as part of a refinancing and consolidation of his existing
personal loans. The total percentage of Scott's UTV shares pledged is now 0.35%
of the ordinary issued share capital of UTV as detailed below:
