Directors' Shareholding

White Young Green plc (the "Company") has been informed that Richard McCaffrey,
Chief Operating Officer, has today exercised 31,000 share options in the
ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 152.5p per share and sold the
shares at a price of 430p per share. Following this transaction, Mr McCaffrey's
beneficial interest in the Company is 12,137 ordinary shares, representing 0.02%
of the Company's issued share capital.
