                                 Board Changes

Following the completion of the recent refinancing of the Company the following
changes have been made to the Board with immediate effect.

Mr Paul Doona has been appointed as Executive Chairman of the Company and both
Mr Denham Eke and Mr Anthony Robert Baillieu have been appointed as Non
Executive Directors.  Mr George Brooksbank and Mr Keith Lassman have resigned as
Non Executive Directors.

The Company intends to appoint one or more independent Non Executive Directors
to the Board in due course.

Mr Doona, aged 52, has extensive expertise with smaller and medium-sized
companies, with particular sector experience in property and construction
companies. Before taking up his current position as Managing Director of
betinternet.com Plc he has been the Finance Director of St Modwen Properties Plc
and Clarke Securities Limited, the house building, construction and property
group, part of which was then reversed into St Modwen. Mr Doona was also Finance
and Managing Director of Claims Direct plc from 1999 to September 2001.

Mr Eke, aged 53, is the Managing Director of Burnbrae Limited, the private
investment company, which following the refinancing is interested in
1,121,212,121 Ordinary Shares representing 59.7% of the Company's issued share
capital. Mr Eke started his career in stockbroking and insurance with Shepphards
& Chase and then Hogg Robinson plc. Over the last 15 years he has held
Directorships of a large number of companies, principally involved in equity
investments, property ownership and management, and hotel operations, where he
has been tasked with rationalising and restructuring operations to enhance
profitability. Mr Eke is the Chairman of betinternet.com plc.

Mr Baillieu, aged 48, has had a career in asset management first as a Director
at Lowell Asset Management Limited and then at Anthony Baillieu Associate Ltd
the Company he founded having left Lowell Asset Management. Mr Baillieu is now
the Chairman of Regent Pacific Group Limited, the Hong Kong listed investment
company founded by Jim Mellon the beneficial owner of Burnbrae Limited.  As at
31 March 2004 Regent Pacific Group had approximately US$ 97 million of
shareholder equity.
