Director/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ('PDMRs') Shareholdings 
 
 
On 20 March 2009, the following Directors' and PDMRs' listed below elected to 
receive shares under the rules of the Company's Employee Annual Bonus Plan (the 
Plan) for the year ended 31 December 2008. The shares will be deferred for a two 
year period and will be held in the Venture Production Employee Benefit Trust. 
The shares will be released in January 2011 subject to the rules of the Plan at 
which time the beneficial interest in the shares will pass to the Directors' and 
PDMRs'.
