    Director/PDMR Shareholdings

    The Company was notified on 10 June 2008 of the following changes in the interests of a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
("PDMR") in the Ordinary Shares of 0.4p each of the Company (the "Shares").

    Notification under DR 3.1.4(R)(1)(a):

    On 9 and 10 June 2008 Mr Jonathan Roger sold 25,000 Shares at the following prices:

    5,000 at 918.7 pence per Share on 9 June 2008
    5,000 at 918.44 pence per Share on 9 June 2008
    5,000 at 919.2 pence per Share on 9 June 2008
    5,000 at 921.26 pence per Share on 9 June 2008
    5,000 at 928.57 pence per Share on 10 June 2008

    representing 0.017% of the issued share capital of the Company.

    On 9 and 10 June 2008 Mrs SC Roger, the spouse of Mr Jonathan Roger, sold 10,000 Shares at the following prices:

    5,000 at 921.46 pence per Share on 9 June 2008
    5,000 at 928.45 pence per Share on 10 June 2008

    representing 0.007 % of the issued share capital of the Company.

    Following this transaction, Mr Roger retains an interest in 138,421 Shares (of which 35,000 are held in the name of Mrs SC Roger)
representing 0.095 % of the issued share capital of the Company and 6,803 Shares held in the name of Share Nominees Limited representing
0.005 % of the issued share capital.
