Further to the announcement made on 18 July 2014 relating to the proposed issue of GBP2 million convertible bonds to Odey European Inc., Tri-Star has today posted to shareholders a circular (the "Circular") giving notice of a General Meeting to be held at the offices of Fladgate LLP, 16 Great Queen Street, London WC2B 5DG at 11.00a.m. (BST) on Tuesday, 26 August 2014.
