Director/PDMR shareholding
On 11 January 2021, the Company was notified by Link Market
Services Trustees Limited (the "Trustee"), as the Trustee of the
Team17 Group plc Share Incentive Plan (the "Plan"), that on 11
January 2021 it had purchased ordinary shares of GBP0.01 each in
the Company ("Partnership Shares") on behalf of the persons
discharging managerial responsibility as set out below:

Under the Plan, each participant may contribute up to GBP150 per
month towards the purchase of Partnership Shares. Matching Shares
are awarded on the basis of two Matching Shares for each
Partnership Share purchased, but only for the first GBP25 of
Partnership Shares purchased per month. The Matching Shares will
vest on the third anniversary of award, subject to continued
employment and the retention of the underlying Partnership
Shares.
