Renewal of Loan Facility

The Board of Alternative Asset Opportunities PCC Limited (the "Company") announces that the Company's existing bilateral loan agreement ("the Agreement") with Allied Irish Banks p.l.c. has been renewed until 28 March 2013. The facility is expected to enable the Company to continue to fulfil its obligations, including the payment of

premiums, until that date.   The current loan balance is $19,200,000.
