Directorate Change 
The Company announces with great pleasure the appointment of Mr John Scott to 
the Board as a UK resident Director, subject to there being no objection from 
the Guernsey Financial Services Commission and the necessary consents. 
Mr Scott was employed by Lazard Brothers & Co., Limited between 1981 and 2001, 
where he held a number of senior appointments. Prior to that, he worked at 
Jardine Matheson & Co., Limited between 1974 and 1980. He is currently Chairman 
of Scotland's oldest investment trust, Dunedin Income Growth Investment Trust 
PLC, and is also a director of four other UK investment trusts. 
 
 
He is a Fellow of both the Chartered Insurance Institute and the Securities and 
Investment Institute.
