                       Partnership with The Plastek Group


Timestrip plc, the developer and manufacturer of unique smart label
technologies, is pleased to announce that it has entered into an important new
partnership with The Plastek Group ('Plastek'), an industry leader in the design
and manufacture of consumer packaging and personal care products.

The partnership will leverage Plastek's significant packaging and injection
moulding expertise to enable the Timestrip technology to be integrated into
workable and readily available packaging solutions, such as caps and closures.

The first of a number of integration projects in progress is a prototype
cosmetics solution achieved by modifying an existing product in the Plastek
Phoenix range, a cosmetics lid, to allow the integration of a Timestrip smart
label.

The partnership also gives the Company access to Plastek's international sales
force who will promote the range of integrated solutions to customers worldwide.


Reuben Isbitsky, Joint CEO of Timestrip plc, said:
