                  Appointment of distributor for Timestrip(R)
                                       

Timestrip plc ('Company')(AIM: TIME), the developer and manufacturer of unique 
expiry date indicators and temperature monitoring products, is pleased to 
announce a new distributor for its patented expiry date indicator technology, 
the Timestrip(R).

KSG Guvenlik ve Bilisim Urunleri AS has been appointed as an exclusive 
distributor of Timestrip products for Turkey. The terms of the agreement are not
disclosed.

KSG Guvenlik ve Bilisim Urunleri is part of the Gural group, one of Turkey's 
leading industrial groups, and trades under the name "Prodosafe", which creates 
and designs customized packaging solutions from its state of the art printing 
houses and production facilities.
