                               Additional Listing


Application has been made for 1,177,861 ordinary shares of 0.02p each in the
Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on the AIM market of the
London Stock Exchange ("AIM").

The new Ordinary Shares are being issued pursuant to the exercise of B warrants.
These shares rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares and
dealings are expected to commence on 16 February 2007 on AIM.

In addition to the above, a further application has been made for 247,211
ordinary shares of 0.02p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted
to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange ("AIM").

The new Ordinary Shares are being issued pursuant to the exercise of B warrants.
These shares rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares and
dealings are expected to commence on 20 February 2007 on AIM.
