The  Company has today been informed that on 12 September 2006 Mr Ronald Russell
disposed  of 2,500,000 Ordinary �0.0006818 Shares in the Company at a  price  of
2.1p  per  share.  As such Mr Russell's share holding in the  Company  has  been
reduced  from  10,000,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company (representing  a  6.82%
interest  in  the  issued share capital of the Company)  to  7,500,000  Ordinary
Shares  (representing  a  5.12% interest in the  issued  share  capital  of  the
Company).
