issued share capital. 

City Equities Limited has reported to the Company that having sold 5,000,000 of these shares, as well as their remaining
2,577,500 shares in the Company that were purchased through the Placing relating to the Company's Admission to AIM, to
certain of their private customers, acting as Principal, as at the close of business on 8 August 2006, City Equities
Limited no longer has a notifiable interest.
