Re Directorate

Simon Cooper, currently an executive director of 10 Group, is to relinquish his
executive responsibilities with the Group and will remain on the Board in a non-
executive capacity. He has recently been overseeing the development of Enhance
Technology Limited, a company in which the Group, through its wholly owned
subsidiary 10i plc, holds a minority investment, and is taking up the role of
Chief Executive of that company. Mr Cooper has given up his service contract
with 10 Group, in consideration for which the Board has agreed to pay him
#10,000 in cash. He will also receive shares in Enhance Technology, which are to
be transferred to him from one of the founders of that company.

Andy Moore, currently Executive Chairman of 10 Group, will also assume the role
of Managing Director. He commented: "I am delighted that one of our investments
is now being run by a man of Simon's abilities. He has made a significant
contribution to 10 Group as an executive director and we are fortunate to retain
his services, albeit on a non-executive basis. This move will also result in a
considerable reduction in the Group's cost base."
