                           Completion of acquisition


10 Group plc, the AIM-listed leisure, franchising and investment company, has
completed the share issue which represents the second and final instalment of
its payment for World Franchise Solutions.

A total of 4,602,356 Ordinary Shares of 0.01 pence each have been issued at an
issue price of 0.35 pence each. This represents the second instalment of US$
25,000 in respect of the WFS acquisition, totalling #16,108.25 in shares.
