LONDON--British clothing brand TED BAKER PLC (TED.LN) Thursday
said it continues to look forward with confidence as it reported a
34% jump in half-year profit.
Shares at 1100 GMT up 30 pence, or 1.61%, at 1892 pence.
DQ Entertainment PLC (DQE.LN) shares rose as much as 14% in
early trade after the entertainment production and distribution
company said it has signed a six-year deal that will see the likes
of Mowgli, Baloo, Robin Hood and Lassie going to China, the first
time one of its products have been distributed there.
Shares up 1 pence, or 11%, at 9.75 pence.
Enegi Oil PLC (ENEG.LN) isn't aware of any reason for the recent
share price fall which is down 23% over the past two days, nor of
any events that have adversely impacted the previously announced
status of any of the Company's business activities.
Shares down 0.25 pence, or 9.52%, at 2.38 pence.
Shares in U.K.-listed URALS ENERGY PUBLIC CO. (UEN.LN) rose 64%
after the company unveiled a combined oil reserve report that shows
that its two Russian oil fields--Peschanoozerskoye and
Okruzhnoye--contain a combined 31.7 million barrels of proved oil
reserves, or enough oil to generate $468.9 million in revenues.
Shares up 1.63 pence, or 52%, at 4.75 pence.
Oil exploration company SEFTON RESOURCES INC. (SER.LN) has paid
$120,000 to Bank of the West after the bank withdrew its credit
facility, and said it is in talks to replace the lender.
Shares down 0.03 pence, or 22%, at 0.11 pence.
XAAR PLC (XAR.LN), a digital inkjet printing technology group,
now expects total revenue for 2014 to be 5% to 10% below the bottom
of the previously announced range of 115 million pounds ($187.6
million) to GBP125 million and said it will reduce costs.
Shares down 126 pence, or 34%, at 241 pence.
XTRACT RESOURCES PLC (XTR.LN) has signed an agreement to sell
100% of the Mejillones phosphate deposit in Chile to Mines Global
for GBP400,000.
Shares up 0.02 pence, or 12%, at 0.19 pence.
