Notification of transactions of Directors / Persons discharging managerial responsibility and connected persons

The Company was notified on 1 July 2014 that share options previously granted under the Ted Baker Sharesave Scheme to Mr LD Page for 5,165 shares have now been exercised at a price of 303p per ordinary share.

As a result of the transaction on 1 July 2014, the holding for Mr LD Page has now increased to 126,039 shares, representing 0.29% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital of 43,693,675. He also holds nil cost options under the Ted Baker Long Term Incentive Plan 2013 over a total of 58,172 Ordinary Shares.
