NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS BY DIRECTORS

Transactions of Directors/ Persons discharging managerial responsibility and connected persons

The Company was notified on 10 October 2013 of the following transactions by a Director of the Company pursuant to the Company's 2009 Value Creation Plan (the "VCP").

On 10 October 2013 Lindsay Page acquired 176,603 Ordinary Shares in the Company in exchange for 826 B ordinary shares of GBP1 each in the capital of No Ordinary Designer Label Limited. Consequently, Lindsay Page's nil-cost options over 176,603 Ordinary Shares in the Company lapsed.

Following completion of the above transaction Lindsay Page has, as at today's date, a beneficial interest in 220,454 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 0.51% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital with voting rights. He also holds nil-cost options in respect of 29,779 ordinary shares in the Company under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan 2013 and an option over 5,165 Ordinary Shares in the Company under the Ted Baker Sharesave Scheme.

The Ordinary Shares in the Company referred to above are the ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company.
