("the Company")
Transfer of Treasury Shares
The Company announces pursuant to Listing Rule 12.6.4 that on 10
October 2013 it transferred from treasury to participants in the
Ted Baker plc 2009 Value Creation Plan (the "VCP") 132,570 ordinary
shares of 5 pence each ("ordinary shares") in order to satisfy the
Company's obligation to deliver shares to participants under the
VCP.
Following the above transfer of shares out of treasury, the
Company now holds 247,324 of its ordinary shares in treasury and
has 43,632,812 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury
shares).
It is the Company's intention that these treasury shares be used
in settlement of the VCP options which remain outstanding as at 10
October 2013.
