today notified that on 27 April 2012 RS Kelvin inherited 13,251
Ordinary Shares from a close family member. All such shares have
been pre-placed with, and immediately sold to, independent parties.
As at today's date RS Kelvin has a beneficial interest in
16,537,899 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 39.7% of the
Company's issued Ordinary Share capital with voting rights.
