Exercise of Warrants 
 
 
 
 
Manchester, UK, 06 February 2009:  Tepnel Life Sciences PLC (AIM: TED), the 
international Molecular Diagnostics and Research Products & Services group, 
today announces that the Board of Directors approved the issue of 4,910,000 new 
Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in connection with the exercise of warrants at 
an exercise price of 6.98 pence per share. 
 
 
Application has been made by the Company for the 4,910,000 new Ordinary Shares 
to be admitted to the AIM market. It is expected that Admission will become 
effective and that dealings on AIM will commence on 12 February 2009. 
 
 
Following admission to AIM of the new Ordinary Shares, the total number of 
Ordinary Shares in issue will be 243,961,526.
