    Southern Rock Films plc (the "company")

Further to the admission of the company's ordinary shares of 0.5 pence to
trading on AIM on 28 June 2005, the company's board of directors has determined
that 25,500,000 of such shares were not validly subscribed for and have
accordingly been cancelled. These would have comprised 35.17% of the issued
capital if the subscription had been valid.

An application has been made for the admission of these shares to trading on AIM
to be cancelled.

The trading on AIM of the company's remaining issued share capital of 47,000,000
Ordinary Shares of 0.5p is unaffected.

The directors are aware of the following holdings in excess of 3% of the
company's issued share capital:

V F P Ltd 20,000,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.5p
Chr. Ouwinga Beheer B.V. 12,500,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.5p
Consortium Management Aust Pty Ltd 7,750,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.5p
Winterflood Securities Limited 1,969,578 Ordinary Shares of 0.5p
