SPG Media Group PLC announces that Keith Sadler has been confirmed as Chief
Executive of the Group. Keith Sadler joined the Group in September 2005 as Group
Finance Director.



Ken Appiah (39), Group Financial Controller, has been appointed Group Finance
Director. Kenneth Kyrankyi Appiah joined the Group in September 2005. Prior to
joining the Group he was Group Financial Controller at The Wireless Group PLC.
There are no further matters to disclose regarding Ken Appiah in accordance with
Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules.



The Board has begun a search for an additional non-executive director.
