The  Company  has  noted the trading activity  in  the  company's
shares.  No  material  events have occurred.  Sodra  continues  to
evaluate the Falkland Island concession as well as other business
opportunities.

Sodra  Petroleum AB holds an 85% interest in Tranche F,  offshore
the  Falkland Islands. Sodra's convertible shares are  listed  on
the  Stockholm  Stock Exchange New Market and on the  Alternative
Investment  Market of the London Stock Exchange.  Lundin  Oil  AB
holds 50.01% of the capital in Sodra.
