Notice of Fourth Annual General Meeting

The Board of Hipgnosis, the first UK listed investment company offering investors a pure-play exposure to songs and associated musical intellectual property rights, and its Investment Adviser, Hipgnosis Song Management Limited, are pleased to announce that the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") is to be held at United House, 9 Pembridge Road, Notting Hill, London W11 3JY at 10:00 a.m. on 21 September 2022.

The Notice of Annual General Meeting together with the Form of Proxy, have today been posted to shareholders and have also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism where they will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism , and will also be available to download from the Company's website at www.hipgnosissongs.com . The Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2022 are also available to download from the Company's website.

Hipgnosis, which was founded by Merck Mercuriadis, is a Guernsey registered investment company established to offer investors a pure-play exposure to songs and associated musical intellectual property rights.
