The board of Senior plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Rollins
as its new Group Finance Director with effect from 1st August 2000.  This
follows a thorough review of the skills available and of the requirements of
the position.  After completing a first class honours degree in civil
engineering, Mark Rollins qualified in accounting with BDO Binder Hamlyn and
then spent seven years with Morgan Crucible plc in both corporate and
operational finance roles before moving to an international divisional finance
position at Senior in April 1998.
