RESIGNATION OF A DIRECTOR

Following the News Release dated 17 May, we have now received the resignation of
W L Kowal effective 30 June 2000.


Paragraph 16.13 of the Listing Rules

As part of the reorganisation of the Company it was announced on 17 May 2000
that T B Garthwaite, a director of Senior plc, was leaving the Company and he
has not participated in executive decisions, or its management, since that date.

We have today been advised that T B Garthwaite sold 2,778 10p ordinary shares in
the Company on 31 May 2000 at a price of 70p each, a further 1,990 Shares were
sold by him around that date at various prices and he currently has a beneficial
interest in 32,596 shares in the Company
