SOLAR INTEGRATED ANNOUNCES ADDITIONAL LISTING 
London, UK and Los Angeles, California, May 15, 2009 - Solar Integrated 
Technologies, Inc. (AIM:SIT.LN), a leading provider of building integrated 
photovoltaic (BIPV) roofing systems, announced today that, pursuant to the 
agreement effective 20 December 2007 between the Company and the holder of US$8 
million aggregate principal amount of 6.5% Convertible Notes due 2010, the 
Company has elected to satisfy the coupon due in respect of the six month period 
to the end of April 2009 by way of the issue of 1,126,012 new Common Shares in 
the capital of the Company at a price of 15.5p, being the average mid-market 
price of the shares for the 10 trading days to 23 April 2009. 
Application has been made for 1,126,012 new Common Shares to be admitted to 
trading on AIM. It is expected that dealings in these new Common Shares, which 
will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Common Shares, will 
commence on or about 19 May 2009. Following admission of the 1,126,012 new 
Common Shares, the Company will have 101,006,802 Common Shares issued and 
outstanding.
