The Company announces that it was notified on 13 September 2022 that Mrs Dina Dasani, wife of Non-Executive Director Mr Shatish Dasani, had on 13 September 2022 purchased 50,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company. Prior to this transaction, Mr Dasani had a beneficial interest in SIG of 200,000 ordinary shares and, following this transaction, Mr Dasani's beneficial interest is now 250,000 ordinary shares in SIG.
