The Board of Stanley Gibbons announces that Mr Stephen Feigen has today tendered
his resignation as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, with immediate
effect.

'Steve has been a Non-Executive Director of Stanley Gibbons since its
introduction to AIM in 2000. The Board wishes to thank him for his wise counsel
over the last four years'.
